Living willow pruning and maintenance
Living willow looks wonderful when it is kept under control. Once a year, during the dormant season (November to April) the willow should be pruned back where needed, and the new growth woven into the structure. If left for too long then the willow can grow out of shape, and your dome or tunnel can become lost as the new growth shoots upwards into the sky.
We can visit you to carry out this work, give the willow it's annual health check, and also to give advice as to how to continue this maintenance yourselves.
We can also help with repairs to your non-living willow structures and sculptures. Please contact us for more details.
